Usage 02

we use this tense to talk about general truth.

Eg
  • The sun rises in East.
  • Everyone dies.
  • Water freezes at 0° C.

This tense is used in newspaper headlines.

Eg
  • The president disclose the parliament.
  • Peace talks fail.
  • Sri lanka wins the match.

This tense is used to talk about a planed future action or series of actions. This is widely used by travel agent.

Eg
  • I go to colombo tomorrow.
  • My uncle comes to Sri lanka from England in next week.

This tense is used in commentators specially in sporting event.

Eg
  • The umpire turns down.
  • Gayle hits a huge six.

Usage 06

This tense is used with time clauses.

Eg
  • You have to wait, till she comes.
  • As soon as he earn money, he spends.
  • They can do this work until the president asks to stop.
